Grove Arcade NYE Event Promotion

Project Overview:

Built in the 1920s, the Grove Arcade building was the perfect setting for a 1920s-themed event. Dolo Digital pitched the idea, and once approved, we set out to promote what would be an evening to remember. Our marketing campaign included an integrated digital strategy spanning multiple channels, utilizing consistent branding and compelling copy to draw visitors to the event. Our social media PPC marketing performed particularly well, garnering over 450 RSVPs to the event at a cost of $0.70 per RSVP, fueled by excitement and anticipation from high-income locals and visitors in the Asheville area. Our marketing efforts ended up packing out one of Asheville’s most historic buildings, achieving an average CPC on Facebook and Instagram of $0.34, well below industry average for other tourism-related events.
