Winter Wonderland Event Promotion

Every year, the historic Grove Arcade building hosts an multi-month-long event called “Winter Wonderland,” drawing thousands of locals and tourists from all around to see elaborate holiday decorations and celebrate the holidays. This year, we assisted Grove Arcade in organizing and promoting events every weekend, but the largest of them was the Grand Opening Night on November 29th. We implemented a diverse, integrated marketing campaign across multiple channels to promote the festivities, including PPC on social media, event listings on local and regional tourism websites, a billboard, radio spots, press releases, and more. One of the reasons we love digital marketing so much is because of the numbers – it allows us to track campaign performance on an unparalleled level compared to other marketing tactics. On social media, we strategically applied our marketing dollars to reach 11,336 people and garner 94 RSVPs at an average cost of $0.31 per RSVP. The reason the cost/RSVP is so low is because we utilized eye-catching, branded graphics, compelling copy with call-to-actions, and an attentive customer service initiative which involved us engaging with customers in real time answering questions and securing additional RSVPs.
